If you don’t have track & trace, there’s not much we can do. It would be too costly for us to resend your package for free. We apologize!
My package was damaged.

I want a refund.
That’s okay! If you ordered something and changed your mind, no problem. We typically take a week to get orders ready. If you email us at email@example.com before then, we’ll cancel your order. You will also get the full amount back.
If we already shipped your order, there’s nothing we can do. We also don’t offer refunds if you are unhappy with the product.

How long does shipping take?
Depends on where you live! We’re based in The Netherlands.
Europe: 5 – 8 business days
UK & Ireland: 5 – 9 business days
USA: 7 – 11 business days
How do you handle the LGBT+ representation?
Cindy: I have sensitivity readers! That means they belong to the specific group I’m writing about. They give me feedback on my representation of their group. A sensitivity reader could say: “Hey, this isn’t accurate! You should change it to this.” And then I do that!
For example: Pid from For Ever is trans. I asked multiple trans people to read Pid’s story and give me feedback on how I handled it.
